Why subscribe?

I’ve been an option trader since 2004. When I saw the emergence of “F.I.R.E” or Finacial - Independence - Retired - Early, I knew the FIRE community needed to know more about options. I started tinkering with a website, only to find I spent more time trying to develop a wordpress site and not focusing on what’s important, explaining what I know to others. Although, I have a couple trades I don’t think other’s do regularly, there’s nothing new under the sun. There are free places to get an education; some better than others. I will tell you about those and educate you where I can.

Because this is a hybrid page on both retiring early and financial indepence, I will talk about both. Although options trading is a passion, so is Financial Independence. Retiring early is a side benefit if you want it. Do you? I thought I did, however, now I’m not so sure. I enjoy work. Camaraderie, mission and purpose, just to name a few.

Free versus Paid

Of course, paid would help support me support you in your endeavors. However, I believe many of the things I can write about and discuss should be free. However, capitalism only works if there is worth to someone else and a willingness to pay for the information or service.

I will be offering a paid subscription for two simple reasons. One, to offer trade ideas which may be more profitable, thus worth the subscription. Two, so we can discuss those trades candidly, with a select group who are interested in following the trades I make.
